Having trouble storing your nail polishes? Try this idea, me and Willa both do it! Get a vintage cake-stand and arrange your polishes on it! I’ve colour co-ordinated mine, which makes it easier to find colours. I keep my nail tools, e.g. nail clipper, base and top coats, in a separate pouch in a jewellery box next to it!
I love this storage, but do you think you have a better idea? Let me know!

Today I am blogging about how to store your makeup. I know that it can sometimes be difficult to store your makeup and beauty products so that you can find them easily. I have found an easy way to store the products that I use on a daily basis and if you think it will work for you to the give it ago. All the storage that I use is really inexpensive and works great!
- as you can see I have a super cute stand that has section for different kinds of products. I like this because its nice to display your cosmetics and it reminds me of the kind of stands they have in mac and bobbi brown ect. It is also good for products that you may just need to grab in a hurry with out having to search for them e.g. foundation, mascara, eyeliner.
- I use a box that I bought from muji to store more daily cosmetics that do not fit in the stand. Its good because you can really see every thing that you have in there making it easier to find things
- I keep all my brushes in a glass and I know that this is not very original as most people do this but it is deffo the best way to store them. I also recommend a brush role for traveling.
- all my other cosmetics that are not on display are kept in makeup bags in my ‘beauty draw’. But I often interchange what I keep out on my dressing table, its a great way of rediscovering old products!
